IceyqueenReviews of iceyqueen.com

Stealing Ads and altering them. They original AD had Christin Marie Studios yet IceyQueen cut that part off amd used it as their own. The quality is poor amd does not hold up to Christin Marie Studios. They ignore the emails until you dispute it. Then they want you to pay to return it. Shipping something overseas cost $20+. Then you may or may not get your refund. I dont trust them to refund me because they were deceitful to begin with. Ive been dealing with this for nearly a month. They know exactly what they are doing. Do not but anything from them.

Yes I purchased an icy queen name ring. The ring started changing colors right away it was not placed in water or any harsh chemicals.i have reached out to you several times and this matter still has not been resolved. I offered to return the ring for a replacement ring and nothing has been done to my satisfaction I have not even gotten any response from your company I hope we can resolve this matter it's been a couple of weeks now.

I have not received my order, it has being showing out for delivery for 14 days

I bought two of these sets $170 each. And the influencer that advertise them says they don’t change they don’t tarnish you could shower you can wear lotion and that’s all lies. All lies. I wore bracelet two days to a family reunion and I might’ve got my hands wet a couple times And the change already tarnished and when I wrote them and told them they told me to wipe it off with a rag, that’s not gonna change anything all it is is high Dollar costume jewelry !!! Very disappointed I was mislead!!!

I never received the package. It said it was delivered but it was not retrieved. I live on a county road. Rural area and my address has had problems locating but Iceyqueen hasn't refunded me nor send me a replacement. Ive had to speak with my local post office to tell them about the incident. But haven't heard back yet.

I never got my order...eventhough it says it was delivered. Very disappointed

Its been over 6 weeks and I never received my order. Its "allegedly " been out for delivery for over 2 weeks. I will not recommend them. All these other reviews are not real. The company posted these. Real customers all have the same experience. None of us, have received our orders or refunds.

Furchtbarer Laden!!!! NIE WIEDER!!!
