I haven’t even received my package to do any sort of review. Where is my package?

I ordered a necklace and bracelet and only received the necklace. It took almost a month to receive my order. Also ordered a different necklace and bracelet set which never arrived and was refunded for without any notice. Totally unsatisfied! Great products but Will not order again. 😒

I ordered my set 09/12/25 it was suppose to be delivered no later than 9/26/25. I didn’t receive my order until 10/17/25. Communication was horrible and I asked for a refund 10/02/25,the company quit responding.

Never recieved necklace or bracelet. REFUND MY MONEY PLEASE

My necklace came broken and I contacted customer service but never heard back. Also never received the other 2 items in my ordered.

I am always fair and honest in my reviews. My product came in a timely manner. I ordered a necklace and bracelet bundle. When I tried the bracelet on it literally was hanging off my arm it’s so big. I contacted the company immediately to ask about getting a smaller size. They told me that they do not make smaller than a size 7. I then asked them, if I could send the bracelet back and receive store credit for just the bracelet so that I could purchase something else and pay the difference out of my pocket (trying to remain a customer). They then offered me $10 to keep the bracelet, What? That bundle was pricey and I cannot do anything with something I can’t wear. I then told them that this was not a fair or reasonable offer and that I would like to just return the entire bundle. They then asked me to take pictures of the product in its original packaging (no problem, I just got it and only tried it on for size), I sent that to them. Then they email me an address in China and tell me to send it there when this package came to me from their Warehouse in California. What? I go and read their return policy and screenshot it and send it to them and they tell me that that the $8.99 that is mentioned in the return policy is not for shipping but is something non refundable but won’t tell me what. Also I was told it was okay yo send it the cheapest way possible back to China. First off, I never knew I was ordering from China but you can best believe, I will never do so again from this place. While I was researching everything, I found that this company has quite the history with scammy behavior and I am so upset with myself for not looking into them first. I’ve been in communication with them for over a week trying to work this out by the refund policy on their website. Some of their ads, do not belong to them as well and that is how I fell victim to this whole scam of a nightmare. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I hope this saves you the headache that I currently am dealing with.

Horrible and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone with customer service
