It was my 1st time ordering from them. It was a gift. I paid $30 for expressed delivery 3 to 7days. It was delivered 14 days later. It was a very small box that was left on my front porch. It could have been put in the mailbox. I contacted icyqueen by mail and asked about a refund for expressed delivery. I never received an answer. It was a bad experience for my 1st time.

Clasp for necklaces are backwards and on the left. It makes no sense and necklace always looks twisted

I never received my necklace and I haven’t received a refund either. Don’t waste your time or money, this company is a scam. No one is responding to my emails anymore either.

I have a 150$ necklace I can't wear. Cost way too much to return. Was completely unaware this company is impersonating a USA company and was actually a knockoff from China. Not happy!

This is trash. I paid for items I never received, requested a refund that was never processed. Now I have to dispute this with my bank as fraud. Don’t waste your time this is a scam.
