My order from ICEYQUEEN was delivered to the wrong address, which is clearly shown in the courier’s delivery photo. I never received the necklace I paid for. I contacted the company immediately and provided all requested proof, including photos of my home. Despite this, it has now been over a week, and I am still being told to “be patient” while they wait on the shipping company. There has been no reshipment and no refund, even though the misdelivery is clearly documented. Holding a customer’s money for over a week without resolution is unacceptable. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Buyers should be aware that if an order is misdelivered, ICEYQUEEN does not resolve the issue promptly.
