Received part of my order quickly

The first ring I ordered the stone fell out I tried to contact someone and then I bought the same ring 2 more times haven’t worn it yet but it is beautiful

Gorgeous …
The ring was gorgeous but the packaging appeared to a little cheap. I also think you need to properly inform those that order items from Iceyqueen it usually takes 4-6 weeks total not just 7-10 business days.

Update from my last post
As promised I did say I will be updating when my order arrives. After my last post on the 5 th March only after, I was contacted by email assuring me my order was on its way and I was compensated for the way in which everything happened. They had some customer service problems in which they are rectifying . My order came today 10th March 2025. I wish there was a way I could off sent a picture so you guys could see it. There packaging is amazing 10/10 My order is beautifully made exactly as shown 10/10 I have no issues with it, it was worth the wait. Iceyqueen is a legit site and I do hope they work on their customer service issues and communicate better with their customers and not wait for a bad review to then reach out if items will not be ready when it has too. I will be ordering from them soon again.
