I ordered something back On the 14th of September and have YET to receive it. Made to orders but only have received one. Not a happy customer.

I ordered the necklace and bracelet based on everything I’ve seen on Tik tok, the necklace is pretty. However, no where did it ask what length I wanted and it’s way too long. Some creators say that the gold doesn’t turn, we shall see because it’s definitely fake looking. I would NOT buy the bracelet again, it looks very fake!

The necklace I received had a stone missing. They offered me a $20 refund ($119.00 cost of necklace) and I have yet to receive the $20. They asked if I could take it to a jeweler to have stone fixed. Also the necklace received, is joined in the center of the stone settings, not at the top, so therefore it flips, no matter how the necklace is put on.

I ordered the blue set that I think it is the blue sideboth 16 inch necklace and 7 inch bracelet. The necklace twists quite often… but the bracelet falls right off my wrist and hand; literally right to the floor!!!! I think they’re measuring is totally off I was so looking forward to getting this, and with being on the limited income; I saved for a few months to get this; I must say that I am very disappointed!!

I would have loved to give 5 stars for we all love bling.. First out im not wealthy, but I saw the jewelry set was beautiful so I purchased. I waited what seemed like forever to receive them. Now my stone has come out of my bracelet im very disappointed I this messes up the set I have hopes to receive a new bracelet.

Nice necklace but one of stones has already came out and only worn it for 2 weeks

The necklace was nice but too long. Did email support amount exchanging for a shorter one but a week late and received no emails just this questionaie about feedback. But as far as the necklace it was fine. The customer service is a different aspect

I like the quality and the necklaces. The delivery is horrible.
