We ordered a sweatshirt at a very fair price. I was a little nervous when I didn't get a tracking number. I sent an email and got a response within 48 hours. Shipping is a bit slow (that's why 4 stars). But the sweatshirt did arrive in the time window they provided. I am pleased with icestork and would consider ordering from the again.
