I ordered a sweatshirt got a tracking number in about 2 days but tracking is a joke gives you no information no estimated delivery date no location nothing, I’ve emailed them about 10 times to ask about my order radio silence. The customer service phone number doesn’t work. Shipping company I’ve never heard of and their phone number doesn’t work either. Absolutely no way I would ever recommend. Even if i eventually receive my order and it’s perfect I would never give this company another time of my money

I ordered a LARGE sweatshirt for my husband for Christmas. It took about a month to receive the product. Unfortunately, the sweat shirt was too small and the sweatshirt is more like a extended medium. I contacted customer service and they would not exchange the product for an XL. No where on the product description does it state product runs small and to size up. I will never purchase any products from this company again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Because Icestork operates on a Print-On-Demand model, every item is custom-made specifically for each order. As outlined in our Returns & Refunds policy, we unfortunately cannot process direct exchanges or refunds for sizing issues. However, we take your feedback about the sizing very seriously and will update our product descriptions to ensure our size charts are more prominent.

We ordered a sweatshirt at a very fair price. I was a little nervous when I didn't get a tracking number. I sent an email and got a response within 48 hours. Shipping is a bit slow (that's why 4 stars). But the sweatshirt did arrive in the time window they provided. I am pleased with icestork and would consider ordering from the again.

We ordered three jerseys from them and all three came out exactly as we ordered them. The jerseys look nice, although they run a size small. It took a bit longer than they said it would to arrive, but, for the price, I am pleased and would order again.

I ordered a shirt for my grandson’s birthday and 10 days later it hasn’t arrived. The tracking says it is in some terminal station. Their phone number doesn’t work and the email isn’t working either. Is this a fake company? They use some carrier I’ve never heard of. Yanwen. I tried calling that number as well and I get a message that the call cannot be completed as dialed. I think I just got ripped off.

I wish I could give them a negative 5 for there on line shop. I) they send the wrong hat, 2) you can’t even call them cause the number they have for them don’t work. 3) the email I tried to use don’t work, 4) I ordered my package on my May 5 and I didn’t receive it until June 5 30 days later 5) the person the package was supposed to go too it didn’t go to them it came to me. This is the worse company I ever ordered something from, if any of my friends order something from on line I will tell them to never order anything from “ICESTORK” cause it is the worse company in the world
