21 days since I placed order and they took my money. Tracking is non specific "left origin facility". Not looking very promising that I'll actually receive the order. We all need to stop ordering sh8t from china!

I ordered 2 pair of pajamas in my typical size Small. When I got them, they were more of an Extra Small. All I wanted to do was exchange them for a different size. They told me I couldn’t do that and I was more or less stuck with almost 100.00 worth of pajamas that I have no use for. They said they would give me 30% off if I order something else from them. What a joke this place is. All I want to do is exchange them and they won’t hear of it. How do these people stay in business? Shameful. Do NOT order from these people.

I purchased an Alek Thomas Dbacks shirt and the screen printing is awful. The extra printing that showed around the actual design, makes the shirt look so cheap as if a kid made it at home. I requested a refund as I can't gift this to someone. The screen print itself feels so cheap it makes me nervous to even fold the shirt, I feel like it would crack the design. I will update with the resolution they provide me with. If you return the item back to them, you have to pay the shipping fees even though they made a mistake with creating the item. I will change this review and add more stars depending on how it goes with customer service.

After my purchase i had fraud on my account. Their website is compromised. Don’t use!

Sehr unangenehme Website und Kundenorientierung. Ich habe Kapuzenpullis von ihnen gekauft. Auf dem Produktbild war nur ein Hoodie zu sehen. Mir kam ein T-Shirt von größerer Größe und schrecklicher Qualität. Zur Unterstützung wurde mir gesagt, dass ich angeblich auf den "T-Shirt" -Knopf gestochen habe. Und die Tatsache, dass es kein T-Shirt auf dem Bild gibt, nur einen Hoodie, halten sie nicht für eine Täuschung. Sie haben mir nur einen Rabatt für das nächste Produkt angeboten, aber ich möchte nichts mehr von ihnen kaufen.

Ordered a sweatshirt on Dec 1st 2023. And a month later have not received.. Contacted seller several times and received only robot messages.. do not order from them.

My product NEVER SHIPPED, but I was charged for it. I reached out to customer service to get an update of a refund, and they NEVER RESPONDED. Do NOT buy anything from this site!

Sizes on t-shirts are off and terrible. Choose wisely because they will not allow exchanges. Better yet, don't buy from this company. They use crappy Gildan t-shirts that are garbage.
