there are cheap machines that are available. They do not guarantee refund as well. Are they joking?

I have been using ICERIVER’s hosting service since August 8th, 2024, and my experience so far has been disappointing. Within just a few days of activating the service, I’ve already encountered two major incidents resulting in more than 8 hours of lost hashrate. This is unacceptable, especially since I’m paying for electricity during these downtimes with no output in return. Moreover, the IR APP, which is supposed to enhance the service experience, has proven to be ineffective. Despite these issues, I have received no alerts or notifications from the app, leaving me in the dark about the status of my mining operations. This lack of communication and transparency is frustrating, as it defeats the purpose of having an app designed to keep customers informed. But they responded back quickly on the ticket Overall, the reliability of the hosting service and the functionality of the accompanying app are far below expectations. I hope these issues are addressed promptly, as continued disruptions and poor communication will make it difficult to justify continuing with this service
