I'm just not really happy with the way the customer service handled things.

What is the shipping of this store? I've been waiting for 1 month, and my order still isn't in my place. Did you forget about it?

Worst uptime among all hosting sites in the world. Charges you in advance every month and refund nothing back to your electric bill for the down time where other companies does. If you host multiple miners with them the downtime cost x mutiplies! Stay away unless you want to donate them some funds.

terrible hardware. terrible support. this weird Chinese "they only want to do enough work to take your money"... then block you on x if you have any problems and ever say anything they don't like.... priced high enough so only they are the ones who ever make money.

Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Company Absolutely disappointed with the customer service. They only offer support via email – no WhatsApp, no live chat, nothing responsive. I contacted them to request a simple change in the invoice value, which most companies are flexible with, but they refused to help at all. Because of their lack of support and rigid policies, I ended up paying an extra $200 in tax. If you care about post-purchase support or flexibility, I strongly recommend buying from other companies. This experience was not only frustrating but also costly. Not worth the trouble. this is not about machine about there customer service

They fly all over the place with prices and models buy one and tomorrow there's a new one, and a price could triple or halve the price the next day.. dont buy there.
