3 out of 4 deliveries late. Last one for few weeks. Customer service kept asking for order number (included in the email), than their excuse was testing- pity that they said they are testing different model. No apology, no compensation. Looks like they're keeping the best computers and use them for few weeks before they ship them.

I'm very frustrated. They've repeatedly delayed the delivery of the miner, providing flimsy excuses. Their latest responses have been strange and evasive. It's starting to smell really fishy.

Customer support never contacted me back. Bought several machines and one wouldn’t work. They never even responded. Don’t buy their products wait for the bitmain kaspa machine. The wait will be worth it. My machine only lasted 30 days!!

Ordered a miner on 10 July, paid 13 July for the 15/30 July batch and of course now it's 12 august (neither 5/10 august batch) and nothing has come at today....I will rate up when I will got updates here #082023071040042836

Consistent issues with delivery. They cannot keep their own delivery schedule and instead providing some pointless explanations. I suspect that they are keeping servers and use them for weeks at least and then maybe they will be delivered. Either way I got scammed of few thousand dollars in lost revenue.

They charge a premium to have units shipped by a certain date and then don’t ship by promised date… once they’ve missed the ship date the next batch is heavily discounted but they don’t issue price concessions to match The current discounted price of the next batch … it’s a total scam! I also revived a brand new unit with a broken fan right out of the box. Their customer service and communication is definitely lacking! Customers in the USA need to start reporting iceriver.io to the FTC…

Paid in EUR to their bank account (converted to USD). They say they don't have it. They send email with 2 different bank accounts and then a new one appears under my account after I've paid. Telegram no replies. Discord doesn't exist. Email support is terrible just saying "no have the money".

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks, and despite contacting them, they still haven't shipped the items. It seems that the website might be fake, unfortunately. I don't think I will receive anything.
