They will promise you with high-performing mining equipment, but the reality falls short on this promise. The actual hashrate of the rigs was much lower than advertised, and despite contacting their customer support, I got no real help from them. My mining returns was consistently disappointing, and it was very clear that the rigs do not deliver as promised.

I regret transacting with IceRiver.io. They promised to deliver my equipments no later than 7 days, unfortunately a week later I receive no updates regarding the shipment. I waited for another day and still no update. I even had to chase the customer support so that they can give me a tracking number for my shipment. The equipment arrived 2 weeks after the promised date with no explanation why it took that long. No support from their 'customer support' when it comes to setting up the equipment. They are really overpromising for their products and services.

IceRiver hosting is just bad. I have a KS3M and most of the time I only run 2-3TH out of 6TH. There are always excuses that it is too warm or that there are transformer problems. There is no credit for electricity costs. You pay 100% electricity costs throughout, although only 30% power is provided. Hands off!!!

If you’re considering purchasing mining machines from IceRiver.io, I strongly urge you to think twice. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. While their prices might seem attractive at first glance, they are low for a reason—and it’s not a good one. I regret purchasing mining machines from them. The low prices seemed appealing, but within just a few months, several machines failed. When I tried to get them repaired under warranty, IceRiver’s customer support was unhelpful and refused to honor the warranty, citing various excuses. Adding to the frustration, spare parts were impossible to find, leaving me with useless equipment. Despite following all recommended operating procedures, IceRiver blamed "improper use" for the failures, further proving their lack of accountability. In short, IceRiver.io sells unreliable machines and offers no real support. Avoid them if you value your investment. There are better, more trustworthy options available.

Iceriver miners SUCK! The hardware sucks! The firmware sucks! And the miner monitoring software sucks! I have 16 of these and have had problems with everyone. I've replace power supplies, controller boards and now I have failed hash boards. Plus I've caught their service person (Nicky) in lies. He wanted me to send the miner back to china for repair. The last time I tried this I paid $395 and it got stopped by customes and rejected. So I'm out another $395. So I asked Nicky to send me a new KS3M hash board and I will install it. Now he says there are no new KS3M hash boards and I'll have to buy KS3L hash boards for $650 each. So why did he want me to send it back? This miner is only a few months old and they are not honoring the warrenty. Why should I have to pay when they sent me bad equipment. Also this same miner would not boot out of the box and they send me a new controller (that was good!) But now one of the hash boards died! They should send me a new or rebuilt hash board. Do not be fooled by this company!

I have a KS5L on ICERIVER Hosting, it stops working for 9 hours a day for no reason, their support system is crap, they tell pure lies and they don't give you a solution, I'm in a telegram group and it seems that they do this to many, if you're seeing this, don't hire the ICERIVER Hosting system, you'll regret it, it looks nice and the energy cost is affordable but the way they're acting you won't be able to reach the cost to pay for it, since it only works at high speed for 12 hours, the rest at 9TH or disconnected from the pool. They know it and they disguise it as a network problem

Bought a ks2 a few months ago, the other day it went off, when I tried to plug it back in to the PDU the power cable from the miner sparked as soon as I made contact with the PDU, contacted iceriver and they are giving me the run around and only responding 1 time per day, this company does not care about its customers. I have pictures that I was able to take of the inside of Miner, there is a bunch of plastic there pealing off the parts, that someone did not take off before putting the miner together. Now the plastic is coming off by itself and probably melting all around the machine inside and that caused it to go off and now it won’t go on, every time unplug it in it trips my breaker and sparks (very dangerous, it can potentially start a fire)
