I received word that Dana was no longer…
I received word that Dana was no longer working The new person said the fire &ice tour I was confirmed in July was cancelled Upon checking I found two earlier ones were full. The replacement lady kept pushing for me to take a tour with snow mobiles it cost more and was 5 days instead of 3 I have not heard anything since.

Unfortunately staff sometimes leaves us, and Dana was a great agent. And like most travel operators we occasionally do have to cancel tours when we do not get enough participation on them. Thankfully I believe that was our only cancellation in 2022 and we try our hardest to find another tour or departure that will work. I am sorry you were not happy with the initial tours you were offered in stead of the one cancelled. I am however very happy we got you on a later tour date that I believe you were very happy with according to our guides report.
