On 16 September 2026 I ordered a chiller from icedragon.club and paid €883.95 via PayPal. More than five weeks later I have received nothing: no product, no shipping information, no cancellation notice and no refund. In the meantime, my order overview was changed so that the order total now shows €0.00 instead of the amount I paid. To me, this looks like a cancellation, but no money has been returned. I have now formally withdrawn from the contract and set a deadline for the refund. I have also opened a case with PayPal. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. If you order here, pay only with a method that offers buyer protection, and document everything (screenshots of your order status, emails). Update to follow.

The tub maintains its shape, the chiller offers steady cooling, and the integrated cleaning system keeps the water fresh without the need for regular changes.

I bought a cold plunge with 1hp chiller. The chiller arrived 5/8/26 with a damaged screen and found a broken part inside a few weeks later and ZERO paperwork included. I was out of town so didn’t see these issues right away, I started the email with support 5/28, was getting poor quality responses not addressing the damaged screen or lack of paperwork, and as the conversation continued I found a broken part inside the unit. Now I have not received a response from their support for 5 business days, after providing evidence of the broken part. They never acknowledged the damaged screen of lack of paperwork either from the first email. I’m convinced they didn’t send me a brand new chiller, they must have sent a returned/used one. I paid for brand new. I am so beyond frustrated. The cold plunge was helping me feel stable through immense grief of losing a loved one and it feels hopeless that I’ll ever get a response, a replacement chiller, and get my routine going again. Really really upsetting. 💔😣

The entire kit is easy to assemble and requires very little time.

I purchased the Icedragon Cold Plunge Tub Pro with 1.5HP Smart Water Chiller. I bought the bundle that was supposed to include a Chiller Cover, Bath Mat, Electric Pump, Water Thermometer, etc. None of this arrived with the Tub and Chiller. I have reached out numerous times to the customer support. Initially they said they would send the items out right away but I have never received them. I've sent several follow up emails asking about the status and they aren't even returning emails now. This poor customer service makes me very nervous about the quality of the product. It was easy to set up and I've had it now for about 3 weeks and all is working good but their customer service as a company leads me to doubt that the overall quality of the product is good.

I bought and started using the Icedragon Infrared light therapy bag which came w/a mask March 2024. I began using it regularly increasing the time. I am thrilled w/the results. My skin has improved immensely and I don't have any more bone and joint pain which has allowed me to exercise regularly! The product is made very well, seems similar to a wet suit in strength, I just tuck myself inside, set the timer and put the face mask on, easy breezy. This is an excellent investment and the results are a welcome blessing. I have made this red light treatment apart of my life and love it, and look forward to it daily. Thank you for making such a durable and reliable product. Appreciatively, Leslie Supkoff

Product was great for two months. Heater broke super quickly and customer service was terrible. Still haven't gotten a replacement heater despite having a warranty.

Not the highest quality product. But you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t give a one star review for that, but I will give a one star review for customer service. One of the connecting pieces was missing. I have tried to contact them several times with no luck.
