Ice Cartel charges a 15% cancellation fee ($44) even when an order ($291) is canceled the same day. I realized I made a mistake within an hour of placing the order, yet Ice Cartel still refused to cancel it without taking my money, even though nothing was shipped or fulfilled. I’ve been trying to contact them repeatedly with no response. When I finally reached a representative by phone, she flat-out said there was no cancellation, even though it was a clear, immediate mistake. I’m now being forced to pay on a loan for an order I will never receive. This is Ice Cartel’s policy and failure in customer service. Completely unfair and unacceptable. I will not shop here again.

I joined this affiliate program and got commission from sharing my link but I did not receive it. I tried to contact this team many times but got no response at all. I think I was scammed and I want you to consider when joining Icecartel.com program

They scammed me, I was on the site looking and put some stuff in my cart to hold for later, then they sent me an email saying my cart was waiting on me, so I click on the link and next think I know I've charged for $1400 and they refuse to cancel the order and refund my money. Not sure how that's legal. BEWARE

Gave one star only because I had to otherwise it’d be zero first off. My chain and bracelet are amazing chain came in the wrong size and both chain and bracelet were just thrown in a cardboard box completely knotted and after days of debate, I ended up spending the cost of a whole Other necklace Just to try to get mine to the right size, and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced

Ordered a chain. Said it would be delivered today. Had updates posted since the order was placed until today (“DELIVERY DAY”) and then all of a sudden the free shipping turned into pay an additional $28.25 for shipping or we’re not delivering your order. (which I paid) Can’t get anyone updates other than tracking and it says the delivery is “ON HOLD”. You can’t get anyone on the phone, you can’t get answers chatting through WhatsApp…terrible experience!

I recently purchased an item from this company and I was sent a email to submit a review which I did and was offered a discount code from the company. I tried making another purchase using the discount code but the code received by the company does not work. Scam to get you to leave a review but the discount code they send doesn’t work.

Never received my order. I'm trying to contact them to see where it is but I wouldn't use these guys if I were you Update: they don't tell you you're paying shipping twice. 40 bucks for 3-4 day shipping. It showed up over a month later and I had to pay UPS another 40 bucks. You want a headache and pay shipping twice....have at it. But I will never return. The quality is crap
