I order one necklace for $787.00 and got changed for another necklace for 276.00 and I called and emailed them to stop the charge about time some one called me back they was very Nasty and disrespectful and told me it was too late and there wasn't nothing they can do. And told me to do what I have to do and hung up the phone.

First day wearing my 8mm chain, it spent almost the entire day flipped over with the back side showing. I was constantly having to straighten it out. For the price, I expected much better. Definitely disappointed and wouldn't recommend it. Save your money.

NO RETURNS UNLESS IT ARRIVES DAMAGED. I ordered the wrong size and they will not exchange. I then asked to return the item and they will not take a return! I spent $500 and they won’t do an exchange? Or a return? That’s horrible business practice. Lost my business forever.
