I've been an ICDSoft customer for nearly two decades and regularly recommend them to friends and colleagues. Tech support has always been very responsive and the domain and hosting services are reliable.

I've had an ICDSoft "Business" hosting plan for fifteen years! I use it for my personal mail and website. I'm also an IT professional who has been building out and maintaining other people's mail and web services for 25 years. Most recently I've been building stuff in the cloud over at the Big Bookstore. So, if I can do this stuff myself, why would I rely on ICDSoft for all of these years for my personal hosting needs? The answer is only partly their excellent reliability (I can't remember ever having an outage of any substantial duration); it's mostly their SureSupport staff. They are fantastic. I've only had to work with them five or six times in fifteen years (remember, reliability), but every time I have, they have been quick in responding and professional. The folks on the other end of the ticketing system know what they are doing -- and a few times they've helped me know what _I'm_ supposed to be doing! That's why I stick around and why I plan to continue sticking around as long as they'll have me.

I have been using ICDSoft's hosting services for over 10 years and have been extremely happy with them. the recent changes they have mde to their plans are superb and now offer a significant amount more for their economy plans so it makes their prices even more competitive. ICDSoft's services in quality and price have no comparison compared to Crazy Domains or GoDaddy for the Australian market. The fact that their plans offer hosting AND email is the clincher for me. Plus they offer FREE SSL certificates - another thing you have ti pay extra for with Crazy Domains and GoDaddy. Their support team are 24/7 and usually answer a ticket or email query within seconds! I cannot fault them for the top shelf support. They have gone out of their way to help me many times in the past. I highly recommend using them. Island Computers Cowes, Australia.

The ICDSoft support staff is excellent. The are always quick and clear and do not use a lot of tech jargon so it is easy to follow their instructions.

I've had multiple websites hosted with ICDSoft for a number of years. They have excellent customer support and are very good value. Customer support responds almost immediately when you post a ticket and uniformly provides good resolution. I highly recommend.

ICDSoft wins the day. Again and again, With so many service providers in the industry (Go-Daddy, etc) I have stayed with ICDSoft going on two decades. Think for a moment what that means. The support I get from ICDSoft saves time, saves money, reduces stress and anxiety. I.e they are invaluable.
