We have been with ICDSoft since 2002 and the service has been excellent the entire time, the tech support is hands down the best we have ever worked with, consistently prompt, dependable, helpful and friendly.

I've been using ICDsoft for myself and all my web design and development clients for over 15 years now. They have great pricing rates – much cheaper than a squarespace site for example, and great bulk discounts. It's super reliable. ICDsoft's customer support ALWAYS answers immediately – within 10 minutes of sending a ticket – everything you have a question with - with great knowledge.. and they even dig around and research answers. (I say this with over 10 years of hands-on experience with them - and they've never failed!) Also - the reason why i've stayed with them for so long is THE SUPPORT IS BY FAR THE BEST I'VE RECEIVED by any web company to date (in contrast.. go daddy is HORRRRRIBLE - do NOT use godaddy please please please. You shouldn't have to wait 48 hours to get help from someone). Back to ICDsoft, I've always used them in combination with Google Apps for email and productivity. I use the FTP to load stuff in. Overall, A+ service. As for critiques - the control panel is fine.. but it could use a more modern UI. That would be cool if they automatically included HTTPS everywhere with the service as well. Eventually my goal is to move away from self hosted wordpress and over to headless service like Gatsby/Contentful. But until I get to that, I'm here with ICDsoft.

You guys and gals are the best. You answer quickly and you solve the problem. Couldn't ask for more.

I've been using ICD for more than 15 years. I have used several others as well and ICD is by far the best. Easy to navigate control panels, and customer service is second to none. It's all done through a helpdesk type of app, and they respond in minutes. Every. Single. Time. And I've posted hundreds of tickets. They even help you figure out things, that aren't their responsibility. Like setting up CMS platforms, and they have an extensive knowledge database. I love ICD SOft.

I am not very savvy regarding the complexities of websites and no matter what question I have for the Sure Support team, they respond with professionalism, patience and care. I have never waited more than a few minutes for a response and in the cases where I don't have the necessary website know-how to complete a task they suggest, they have done it for me and then explained all of the steps. I can't speak highly enough of their service and their representatives. If only all customer service and tech support could be this amazing!

I've used ICDSoft for more than a decade. My son, who is involved with more serious sites than I have and has inherited sites on several hosting services ports them to ICDSoft whenever he can. Service is exceptional.
