Merci Buture

Ordered the wrong part great customer service replacement part sent asap.

The product was a VC70 vacuum and to be fair asides the battery longevity holding charge I was happy with the value for money. After about 5 months it failed without warning. I have contacted them probably around 10 times now via the official website listed in the manual and another version I found on google with a different layout. There is no contact number I can find. I am left with no choice but to buy another vacuum but this time I will get another brand via Amazon for protection.

Excellent Service very helpful on spare part policies.

Buture didn't address the issue without a forced review.

This is our second vacuum cleaner with Buture. We had one for our house and purchased an ideations for our rv. This rechargeable vacuum cleaner makes it so easy to take all over the house, and you can easily take outside to clean your vehicle. Customer service has been great. Highly recommend.

Great quality,fast shipping.
