Deceptive. It is a waste of time for everyone
They should be more straightforward and less deceptive. It is a waste of time for everyone. It is all algorithms and inhuman analysis. There is nothing "smarter" about this company. I was offered an invitation to apply after inputting my information through Quickbooks. Send everything they asked. Told them why I needed their help, to consolidate other debts and open a new location. I wish their "underwriting guidelines" were actually geared toward solving the issue that causes people like me to apply! It would be like telling my clients, " I can help getting you nice studio or any of the services we offer, asking them to apply, and then tell them: or, sorry, we can't help you. But call us again in 90 days after you find what you need. I keep telling people exactly what I need from the beginning. They said, 'Here is what we can do for you,' and then said, 'Oh, we can't do that.' Solve that on your own, and when you don't owe anyone anything, we can help."
