Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a decision before having the opportunity to upload supporting documents. Business revenue is an important factor, but it is one of several criteria considered when evaluating an application. In some cases, the information provided during the initial application may result in a decision before additional documentation is required. We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. SBA loan approvals depend on a number of eligibility and underwriting factors, including lender and SBA requirements that are evaluated throughout the process.  We also understand your concern regarding the closing cost deposit you mentioned and would like to ensure you that deposits are always refunded should a loan not close. Your feedback is important to us. Please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] so we can review your experience and ensure your concerns receive the attention they deserve.
