Allpowers R600 Faulty in 3 Months, No Proper After-Sales Support
The ALLPOWERS R600 looks good on paper with compact size, fast charging, and a 100W USB-C port for modern devices, which is one of its main selling points. However, my experience has been very disappointing. The USB-C port failed after only 3 months of normal use, which is far below reasonable durability expectations for a product in this category. The bigger issue is after-sales support. The seller initially offered a $50 partial refund, which was not appropriate for a faulty unit. They then suggested repair but later refused due to return costs and stopped responding entirely. While the product may work well initially for light use like charging devices or small appliances, reliability and support are critical—and in this case, both have fallen short. Overall: Not recommended based on durability and lack of seller support.
