Desperate company to deal with. Sold me a power bank for e1100 that wasn't in stock...never contacted me...when I queried where my order was they informed me it'd be another months wait or I could pay the extra for the next model up. I canceled my order and requested a refund, they then came back and offered me the next model for free, I declined, asked again for refund, took another few emails of assuring them I wanted my refund before they finally agreed. I would never deal with them again. Ordered similar of curry's and it arrived 2 days later and was cheaper.

⚠️ WARNING – STAY AWAY FROM ALLPOWERS ⚠️ I normally never post things like this, but after almost a year dealing with this company, I think other customers deserve to know. I purchased 3 ALLPOWERS products. ❌ ALL 3 were defective. S2000 Pro power station SS700 power station AP-SP033 200W solar panel Over the past months I have exchanged more than 50 emails with their customer service. They: acknowledged the defects, asked for photos and videos, approved replacements in writing, confirmed my shipping address, promised prepaid return labels... …and then simply stopped replying. Months later, nothing has been replaced, nothing has been refunded and they no longer answer my emails. The products also presented serious reliability issues, including: charging stopping at around 85%, abnormal battery readings, defective solar charging, damaged packaging with no proper protection for the solar panel. At this point I have filed complaints with: 🇭🇰 Hong Kong Consumer Council 🇭🇰 Hong Kong Customs 🇪🇺 European Consumer Centre (ECC) 🛒 Shopify I am now requesting a full refund, not replacements. If you are thinking about buying ALLPOWERS products, be aware of my experience. Save yourself months of frustration and buy from a company that actually honours its warranty. Everything I have stated is documented with emails, screenshots and written confirmations from ALLPOWERS.

Mi experiencia con ALLPOWERS ha sido muy decepcionante. Compré una power station y surgió un problema con el envío. Lo peor no fue el retraso, sino la absoluta falta de atención al cliente. Escribí varias veces para pedir información sobre el estado de mi pedido y para saber qué solución podían ofrecerme, pero nunca recibí una respuesta útil ni una explicación clara. En ningún momento me mantuvieron informado sobre lo que estaba ocurriendo con el paquete, ni mostraron interés por resolver el problema. Como cliente, me he sentido completamente ignorado. Entiendo que los problemas de envío pueden ocurrir, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es cómo responde una empresa. En este caso, la atención al cliente ha sido inexistente. Por mi experiencia, no puedo recomendar comprar en ALLPOWERS.

Nous avons fait l'acquisition d'une station électrique et de panneaux solaires 100 watts sur un site français: ALLPOWERS.FR qui prétend être basé en Allemagne ( c est uniquement un entrepôt) mais qui en réalité se cache à HONG KONG. Les avis y sont excellents mais! Mais en allant voir sur d autres sites, il s avère que la réalité est aux antipodes. En ce qui me concerne: Produits défectueux! Batterie et panneaux solaires testés à plusieurs reprises, avec des températures et des conditions météorologiques différentes. La batterie passe de 17% à 0% d un coup! La batterie charge deux téléphones et passe de 100% à 20%. Quant aux panneaux solaires de 100 watts, ils sont décoratifs. Testés également par différents temps, au soleil, à l ombre ou mi-ombre, quand ils ne sont pas en anomalie, le maximum qu on puisse obtenir est de 4 watts! J'ai lu les CVG qui me semblent douteuses quant à la législation sur le territoire européen. Je cherche aussi les labels qui prouvent que leurs produits sont bien conformes aux normes européennes. Rien. Nous avons découvert après des dizaines de français avec du matériel jamais reçu, jamais remboursé et d autres dont les batteries ont pris feu. Le SAV est une simple adresse mail où tout est fait pour décourager les clients trompés. Quand ceux qui arrivent au bout de leurs démarches interminables et payantes, reçoivent enfin un nouveau matériel, celui-ci tombe à nouveau en panne. Il est temps de protéger les gens. Les clientsdécourages, abandonnent et jettent des centaines voir des milliers d euros.

Customer Service totally absent ? I had a r600 power station, which couldn't hold charge for very long. And it couldn't hold a very high current either (shutdown at even small loads) . Customer service always tells customers to "power cycle" the battery pack several times . Which didn't help at all. The discharge was pretty bad. Even when the power station was turned completely off, it couldn't hold a charge more than a few days. (I have read some Amazon reviews, explaining this exact issue, on the r600). "Finally", one of the usb-c ports, suddenly stopped working. Time a RMA , and the promised 5 year warranty.. Allpowers now completely ignores any contact (I have tried email, reddit, facebook, whatsapp etc) I did get a RMA ticket through an Amazon seller back in 2025 , but the seller has disappeared? Weird case.. And now , the returned r600 , has disappeared, from the hands of DHL ? They (DHL) say , that only allpowers (who created the rma shipping label) can report for a missing package.. But they do not answer at all..either regarding the rma , or the missing package.. So, at this moment, I would advise others, to avoid this company

Compré un acumulador de energia y un panel solar de 100W. Unicamente me enviaron el panel (Lo mas barato) y nunca llego la estación. Pusieron en estado de envio que todo fue entregado y ya no contestaron. Procederé a pedir la devolución del dinero a mi banco y denunciar a las autoridades.

DO NOT BUY ALLPOWERS ANYTHING, brand new units fail all the time, the 5yr warranty doesn’t exist our unit has worked about 3 times now its an expensive paper weight, absolute rubbish please get something different
