I1204Reviews of i1204.com

Great product, very satisfied with my purchase, the communication from the company was excellent and very informative, delivery was excellent

There was an issue with the initial delivery and the company quickly sent a replacement delivery. The chair was easy to put together and is exactly what I needed.

The chair ordered arrived in a ripped open box. I wrote the company and after a few days was asked to open the chair and check for any damage to the product before any refund would be provided. I wrote that I did not want to open the inner package and just wanted to send this chair back. After several days I received a response that they would not fully refund the product and if I still wanted to return the chair I would be responsible to pay for it. Buyer beware! Would not recommend this product or company. This is especially disappointing given the nature of this product. I would include a photo of the box that arrived and the condition it was in if able

It’s a great shower chair! Easy to assemble and fits perfectly in the shower!

I’ve used this product for a day, and overall the experience has been good. The multifunctional shower chair with wheels helped reduce the amount of physical effort required, which made daily use easier for me.

Not bad. I just tried it out and it works great. Super easy to install.
