Item was sent with damages. They did not have a replacement, so they just credited me for the part.

After selecting right model and year.They sent me wrong part. Totally different dimensions.

Sent the wrong part and insisted it was the right one even after I sent photos showing the difference in the parts.

I ordered an exhaust camshaft and received an intake camshaft. when I realized this--the box was CLEARLY marked with the wrong part number--I called and the person answering wouldn't let me get any words out and told me, essentially, that it wasn't his problem. Okay, so request an RMA. That takes days upon days. I then had to send them an overabundance of proof. More days. Finally get the RMA, send the part back, they've had for a week and no response. No refund yet (and they're trying to not refund the shipping, it appears). They are not responsive at all. I'd avoid at all costs.

Their website won't recognize my VIN to ask a simple question, and their customer service tells me to go to a dealer?? You're allowed to buy anything from them but not even ask a question, they don't want business.

The door sensor only worked for one month, then quit working. Had to get another one off Amazon

When was this. Really hate Corporations wanting customers to rate them. Been months ago since I made a purchase. This why I gave it a lowest rating possible.
