I received the wrong key fob model. I noted the specific year and model of my car. According to my locksmith, the fob I received would work for an earlier model of my car, but not my model year.

Ordered two parts and ended up not needing one of them. They would not issue an RMA to allow a return. They claimed part is electronic but it is a door handle with no electronic components. There were zero F's given about providing any customer service or standing behind their products. They are only interested in selling so be careful as you will get zero help post sale. Horrible experience.

Buyer beware. If there is any problem with your order, no one will help you. I own a veteran-owned auto repair business and buy hundreds of parts from all sources. We tried these folks and got nothing but corporate everyspeak for three months through a portal, and the part never arrived. We reviewed the video, and no part was delivered. We sent tracers and found that nearly $600 was lost from using them. The lower prices are not worth it when you factor in risk. Never again. BBB filing is next.

I was out of the country when l ordered the wheel caps for someone to bring overseas for me. I received the order yesterday, only to find that they are toys. I was not ordering toys. I have a real 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe that l needed the wheel cover caps for. l didn't think you were showing toys. I have no need for toys. I am returning the toys for a real wheel cover caps or a refund altogether. Thank you

Items were not shipped in a timely manner. I paid for expidited shipping and the product came too late. Then I asked for the expidited shipping charge be refunded and could not get anyone to respond. I will not be a returning customer.

Don’t shop here! Their website confirmed part would fit. It didn’t. Part arrived in an open container (not OEM packaging), had a handwritten note on side indicating it came from eBay. RMA process puts you through several hoops (multiple emails, send photos, etc), only to then be denied “because it’s an electrical part”. Part was never installed. I’m now out the $$$, and yes, I’m guessing somewhere in the fine print they give a list of all their arcane rules. But arcane rules don’t lead to customer satisfaction. A website that correctly identifies whether or not a part fits is not what you get here. Buyer beware.
