Order the part and paid for over night shipping and did receive it until two or three days later. By the time the part arrived I had the engine back in the car.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The worst experience ever!!!! I had a friend order a car part for me. It was both our first times ordering car parts online. We mistakenly bought the wrong part and now customer service is being so rude. I did not unwrap the transparent coating and am attempting to return it, as it is the wrong part and cannot be of use to me. The reviews on the website are fake. They take forever to reach out to you and are not understanding at all.

Bad quality

I ordered a part that ended up not being needed, not even taken out of the box, but upon trying return it was told that because it was electrical it could not be accepted. I said nothing was said on my order relating to the part not being eligible for return and was told I should have read through their "guidelines." I consider this to be unfair considering that nothing was indicated when I purchased the part (with a 30 day return policy advertised), but only when I asked to return it. And what possible reason is there to not accept a part that hasn't even been removed from their own packaging? I've been buying parts for years and this is the first time I have ever encountered something like this.

I ordered several parts that came in a crate. One of the three parts was on the wrong side of the car trim. I reordered and sent the part back in original condition with all wrapping from factory in tact. They did not refund me saying I didn't send it back in original packaging which was a giant crate.

The part was never used; it was the wrong color. The bag was opened in the prepackaged area to take photos of the condition of the part. This is horrible customer service when the part was never used. I will never order from this place again. They never contacted me until I called three weeks later and asked what was going on. They were rude!!!

I drove an hour for this appointment and when I got there, they told me they didn’t have the part.

(1/5 Stars) - AVOID AT ALL COSTS Broken Checkout System & Zero Customer Support I wish I could give zero stars. Do NOT order from this company under any circumstances. Their checkout system is completely broken. After placing my order, the system errored out, which triggered a cascade of problems with both PayPal and my bank that took HOURS to sort out. The frustration and wasted time dealing with payment holds and duplicate charges was absolutely unacceptable. When I contacted customer service hoping for help, I spoke with Johana, who could not have cared less about my situation. She didn't even bother to look up my order in their system before dismissively telling me to "contact PayPal." No apology, no attempt to investigate what went wrong on their end, no accountability whatsoever. If your checkout system doesn't work properly, the absolute MINIMUM you can do is provide competent customer service to help resolve the mess it creates. Instead, I got indifference and was passed off to deal with it myself. There are plenty of other parts suppliers out there. Save yourself the headache and order literally anywhere else. This company has shown they don't value their customers' time or money. Would NOT recommend.
