The part fit but was bent
The part fit but was bent. As a result when it was installed it has waves in it. Also shipping cost almost as much as the part.

Let's give it another shot.
The first time I ordered a part for my car from this website, the wrong part was delivered to my home and it was not easy sending it back without paying a restocking cost. In the end, I didn't pay that fee. I'll just wait and see if the correct part comes the second time that I place an order on this website.

Parts easy to find, but a little too expensive.

Got my requested part... eventually?
It was easy enough to find the part I needed. I ordered it, and the pending charge appeared on my card. A week went by, and I didn't see anything about it being shipped; I was about to request it be canceled, when the pending charge disappeared. The next day, I got an email saying the part had shipped and would arrive in 2 days. It arrived in 2 days, and the charge reappeared on my card. So, I guess it was easy enough, but the communication could have been much better.
