Parts Never Received ... No Refund Given
I paid $204.34 for some parts that I never received. Tried raising a dispute with the seller and their response was the part was delivered by USPS and signed for ... not by me. They refused to give me even a partial refund for the parts that I never received. Be very careful or reconsider spending your money here. I will NOT be shopping here in the future.

We reviewed the shipment and confirmed that USPS shows the order as delivered to the correct city, state, and ZIP code, with a delivery signature recorded. Since the package was shipped to the address provided on the order, we are unable to issue a refund for an order that the carrier has confirmed as delivered. If you did not personally receive the package, we recommend contacting USPS directly so they can investigate the delivery and signature details and assist you in locating the package. Part available, but not really
I verified the part i needed was available using their availability checker. 2 days after i placed the order, i get an email saying its not available. OMG! Why list it as available then?

Purchased an item for my Tucson and…
Purchased an item for my Tucson and item was ordered incorrectly and requested a refund. I was told that this item is a special order and a refund was not approved. I reached out to company stated I received an email on a certain day accepting the terms which on my end I have no such email in my inbox or in my sent box to the company. I have asked for a copy of the email they keep insisting I sent and I was told that they could not guarantee able to send the email with the acceptance of the terms. I do not recommend ordering from this company. Horrible customer service! I received a reply and they could not deliver the email instead I was sent a screenshot of a document stating I had accepted. No email with a To: Hyundai From: My name or subject: to indicate purpose of the email. Be careful when ordering from this company!

Scammed out of $400
Update. They contacted me back after I returned that part because they sent me the wrong part inside of the right box. What i mean is box had the right part number but the part was for a different car. After the long wait they said i cant get my money back because the part was used . Pretty much because I took it out of the box and lined it up with my steering knuckle because it was a wheel bearing , I can now not get my $ 400 back . Even tho it was their mess up for sending me the wrong part. So what im taking this as is that I was scammed. I gave them money and they didnt give me what I payed for. Good to know that this is just another website that scams people out of their money. Imma make sure I make as many people aware of what this website is like and how they will just take your money so that no one else will be scammed by them.

After reviewing your return, we found that the number referenced on your RMA request is an engineering number, used specifically for manufacturer identification, instead of the part number used for ordering and cataloging. The part number delivered matched the part number we invoiced, therefore the return request was categorized as no-longer-needed. Additionally, the return was denied due to the part we received was not in its original condition.
