Ordered a trunk latch, Part No.: 81230-F2010 LATCH ASSY-TRUNK LID, for a 2016 Hyundai Elantra SE. Your site said it was the correct item for my vehicle. The latch had too sharp of an angle down and did not fit. Unfortunately I opened the package voiding return. The part was $115. I ordered the recommended part on Amazon for $26 and it fit perfect. Highly disappointed 😞

Even though the part I requested supposedly was the one for my car year and model, the part I received didn't fit, the dust cover I received had 3 prongs instead of four and, it wasn't flat as its supposed to be.

I purchased two nuts and two bolts. I was not happy paying the $12 shipping for a package weighing less than one pound. The company did not put tape on the package, the package opened up in the mail and parts were lost. Rather than the company replacing the missing parts, they claimed that the parts were on back order with no ETA. I went on their website which allowed me to order the missing parts but I would have to pay an additional $10 shipping to have them shipped. I asked if they could give me a free shipping code or discount to reorder the new parts...they refused.

Don't buy here. It said they had my part online, and I got a shipping notice a day later. However, a week later the part still had not made it to the shipping company. I contacted them, and they said it was going to ship that day. I tried to cancel the order, and they said it already shipped. Basically, they immediately print a shipping label, and then they say it's in the system, and they can't cancel the order. Don't buy here.

Terrible customer service. Totally unrealistic return policy. I had to open the package to find out it was the wrong part and they refused to accept a return because the package was opened. Stay away from these crooks!

Their parts diagram had the wrong information on it. They refused to take the part back. Customer Service Representative was rude and argumentative. Actually shocking what poor Customer Service skills this individual had. Could not recommend under any circumstances.

I ordered a part it was gonna take too long to get to me I asked him to refund my money today ordered it 3 days ago and they said the funds were in my account but hyundai have it released for the 12th from what my bank told me and they're still saying the funds are in my account that it's up to my bank but that was a lie and I would never ever buy anything from this site again and I hope nobody else does either

I ordered my part on the 10th shipping states 1-3 business days. I get an email on the 12th saying I need to confirm my order before it ships... ok was me paying the money not enough of a confirmation? It also states estimated arrival 15th-18th, ok not happy but I get that I didn't "confirm" the order until the 12th. However when I called to see about a shipping tracking number the agent informed me that there wasn't one yet because it wasn't going to ship until the 17th. I asked if they were overnighting it since I was quoted the 15th-18th. The answer of course was no. I told her I wanted my shipping costs refunded since they failed to ship and deliver the part within the time they quoted. What I was met with was a passive aggressive attempt at threatening to cancel my order all together. I don't recommend these people if you have kind of expectation of professionalism, it is lacking.
