After several attempts to cancel an order before it was delivered, I was told by Hypertech to refuse delivery and when it is returned I would get my refund. That hasn’t happened and I’ve made several attempts to contact them with no response. It looks like several other consumers are in the same position. I want my refund.

Bonjour. Comme beaucoup je vient de me faire arnaqué par se site , une paire de lunette vision de nuit 49 € que je ne verrai jamais .Comment peut on laissé ce genre de site d'arnaqueur proliférer.

Les he comprado disque un XDRON y se han quedado con los 99 euros y el dron, nunca llegó, si quieres denunciar me apunto, hay que parar está estafa continuada. Les he enviado mensajes pidiendo explicaciones y no contestan.

I ordered 3 drone x pros, and all they hype said high definition camera. Once I went through checkout I realised it was only a low res camera. Within 10 min I sent an email, tried to call and silence. 3 days later they said it was too late it had been dispatched…only way was to not accept deliver…..return to sender. They false advertise this product….the advert is NOT what it is…be very weary. Also it took 3 months to arrive..

I'm still awaiting refund of $98.00 for order which was returned because of an insufficient address. I have contacted Hypertech via email several times but to date not word from them. I have a tracking number stating the return of this item but to date have not received a refund.

ATENCION....! EMPRESA Y PRODUCTOS FAKE..! Compré en esta empresa ,en mayo 2021 ,un TELESCOPIO MONOCULAR MAGILENS 10-300X 40 mm, es decir poder de aumento de 10 a 300 x y diámetro de lente de 40 mm El producto que me enviaro es APL-T18ZJ. MOBILE PHONE TELESCOPE LENS, 18X 25mm con poder de aumento maximo de 18X y con diámetro de lente de 25 mm . con características y valoración de mercado muy inferiores. Después de varios meses y muchos correos intentando estafarme con otro producto similar, me dicen que debido a algún problema no me puede devolver mis 49 € después de haberlo intentado mucho. Finalmente he reclamado a través de mi banco (REVOLUT) y he conseguido el reembolso del dinero. Son unos estafadores que deberían estar en la cárcel. Se aprovechan de que son cantidades pequeñas y por tanto la gente no los demanda.
