I purchased an inline speedometer calibrator, Followed the instructions, downloaded the software. The software kept throwing a error code for ssl/tls trust error. Tried different Pc's different WIFIs over multiple days, Send multiple emails to tech support and the only email I got back was "This error is an internet error probably a firewall issue". That was it, No this is how you fix it, try this, nothing. I'm assuming what ever it was they fixed it on their end. After about two weeks the software just started working with no change to my pc or internet settings.

It's a brick. Got a error message came up and it said to call them. I call them and he said I own what is now a brick. And they won't help me. How nice and based off their 1.* rating this seems to be a trend. A well deserved trend. So when im forced to buy another one it will be anything other than from this place. Buyer beware.

What a racket. Why would you sell a product that can't be reset without having to buy expensive software. We received one of your products in our thrift shop and can't sell it because we can't reset it from the previous owner.

Even 1 star feels too much. For 2 months I have been exchanging messages with support desk to get by product or my money back. After multiple times asking for product or refund I still have no response. Just a message that keeps putting it off. I am now waiting for my refund, which they are still not admitting to provide. Las instrucciones facilitadas para efectuar la devolución son erróneas, el domicilio que figura en el paquete es el de un almacén donde reciben sus envíos para distribuirlos y no se hacen cargo de paquete alguno de devolución. Y el número de seguimiento no lo facilita la Agencia de Transportes, sino que lo tiene que facilitar el remitente, es decir ustedes. Por lo tanto necesito que me faciliten número de seguimiento y el domicilio donde debo enviar el paquete. Un saludo

given 1 star as unable to give 0. Keep well away from this company, they ignore all emails, there message links do not work, no phone numbers. Eventually found another link, sent email to ask for refund for broken item, got email back saying it would be refunded. no refund, emailed same link again, same response. Don't waste your time, have contacted my bank who have claimed the money back.
