Purchased a coolair from Hypertech it broke down after 2 weeks could not get a reasonable response now putting it back to the credit card company DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I really was hoping that you could give companies a No star rating. I purchased 2 CoolAir personal space coolers and both did not work from day 1. I have asked for a full refund and sent them videos to prove that they do not work. This company is not to be trusted. They have informed me that they have refunded my purchases but after 6 weeks nothing has arrived into my account. Trading Standards should stop them advertising for goods to be supplied into the UK.

Drône payé par visa et commandé au mois de février 2019. Jamais reçu. Courrier envoyé après 3 mois. Ils me répondent qu'ils vont m'en renvoyer un.... Après quelques courriels échangés et arrivé au mois d'août, rien reçu. J'ai demandé le remboursement : pas de nouvelles. Ce sont des escrocs. Ne commandez jamais chez eux !

Es una estafa, compré un producto por 49'99€ y me confirmaron dirección y fecha de envío hace 10 días, me hicieron el cargo en el banco, Page con tarjeta y no me han enviado nada y tampoco ningún mensaje de próximo envío. No sé dónde denunciar semejante estafa

Bin leider auch auf die Drone  X Pro reingefallen ...ein Absoluter Schrott ...habe leider erst Später erfahren was für ein schrott die Drone  X Pro ist .Haber nach erhalt der Sendung noch am selben Tag das Packet zurückgesendet nach erhalt einer Adresse irgendwo in in China und bis Heute meinen Bezahlten Betrag noch nicht zurückbekommen ...Nach mehrmalligen Schrifftverkehr mit einer gewissen ANNA HYPERTECH kam ich leider zu keinem Erfolg ausser Blöden Fragen ...Werde aber der ANNA HYPERTECH KEINE RUHE LASSEN .....Jetzt an alle ....FINGER WEG VON HYPERTECH :::::: EINE ABSOLUTE BETRÜGERFIRMA

Me temo que es una página fraudulenta. A mí me pasa lo mismo, hice un pedido de 113 € que pagué por PayPal. Otra página : aloegostore.com me ha pasado lo mismo con una compra de 50 €.y denuncie a la guardia civil, la cual me indicó que no esperara nada, hasta se mosquearon por poner la denuncia.. No sé puede comprar en páginas desconocidas..

Ordered a flashlight from them, after paying for it (May 7th) and waiting for over a month and half I contacted them. Their response was the product was returned to them for "unknown reason" and they asked me if i wanted the product shipped again. When I requested for a refund, they agreed. It's July 12, and i am still waiting for that refund to be processed. I really wish I had read the reviews before.

Hypertech ist ein absoluter Betrüger und Verbrecher.Habe dort die Drone XPro bestellt und mindestens 10 Wochen auf die Lieferung gewartet,aber es kam nichts.Nach mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme und dumm frechen Vertröstungen schickte man mir eine Ersatzlieferung ,allerdings nicht die von mir bestellte Drone,sondern absoluten Schrott.Möchte alle warnen, kauft nichts bei dieser Firma,ihr werdet absolut beschissen.
