Unter aller S..! Hatte ich bloß vor dem Kauf von "hochwertigen"Atemschutzmasken diese Bewertungen gelesen. Mieses Material, Nähte die aufgehen, völlig überzogenen Preis. Keine Retoure möglich. Der Kunden-Support meinte, ich sollte einfach das Päckchen an die (deutsche) Absender Adresse zurück schicken. Aber es kam zurück. Nicht zustellbar. Also alles Fake! Banditen Firma schlimmster Sorte. Finger weg.

Canned Bot responses. Do not believe what they say. They skirt around your inquiries. No real answer to where your product is. Here is an example of the "Tracking" that was sent to me. Seriously, 9 locations my package has been just in the USA. I had to give this company one star to write a review but it deserves nothing . They are liars and thieves ! BE WARNED !! Your order never arrives they promise and promise to refund and never action it . The pictures of customer service staff don’t exist and behind it lies crooks . DO NOT BUY anything or you will be cheated as I have been . I don’t know how they get away with it . DISGUSTING !!!

I was searching for good deal and a page came up on my screen to get a drone and I made the purchase and never received the product I called and the response was from sherry and other names by email and they kept emailing me the same response and it took going back and forth for 2 and half month before I received the product and your not able to cancel the order/ will never ever deal with this company again. They don't even deserve the 1 star. The company is in (China) and need to be shut down. Eugene Dixon

order coolair on in Mar 2020, tracking says it when from Hong Kong on the 20 Mar, but now after 1 month still haven't arrived, tracking show it went from Hong Kong to France and still in transit, and I am living in Singapore. So it's a fake tracking code. Don't buy from this company, it's a scam.

Debo reconocer que he caído en la misma trampa de otros. Me han cobrado 2 veces los Wifi Ultraboost. Me mandan un "Invoice" en el que aparece un cobro de una vez. Yo les he enviado copia del extracto de mi cuenta donde se comprueba que está cobrado dos veces 78€ ( es decir 156 €). Hasta ahora no hay respuesta. Eloy Rodríguez

terrible & shocking company whom should be investigated, as per other review they charge you and then wont refund you even though you dont receive the product. 71 days since i placed my order and nothing received...!

Dishonest company. Took full payment for WI Fi Repeaters up front but then had to wait over 2 months for dilivery. Delivery involved paying additional postage and customs charges although I had understood these were included in the original paymant. Contacted the company to seek a refund of the additional charges but they refused to pay them. Do not deal with this company they are dishonest.
