Super professional and straightforward
Super professional and straightforward, which I totally appreciated. Got my car on January 14th, everything went as smooth as you could hope for. Alex was helpful, knew his stuff, and made the whole process feel easy. If you're in Cali and need to ship a car, I'd definitely recommend these guys. Solid service all around!

Okay
Okay, selling cars on eBay can be a bit stressful, especially when it comes to shipping them. So when I had to send a Hyundai Elantra from Alabama to Michigan, I was crossing my fingers, hoping everything would go smoothly. And you know what? Hyperion totally came through for me. The car got to its new home safe and sound, and right on time. Their team was super friendly, always giving me updates. Honestly, it felt like I was chatting with old friends. Big shoutout to Hyperion - they're the real deal! Will definitely be using them again. 👍🚗

Room for improvement
Overall, my experience with Hyperion in shipping my car to Austin was commendable. Their customer service team was proactive and provided me with regular updates. The car arrived in the exact condition it left, which was a relief. However, I did feel the initial quote process was a tad lengthy and there was some confusion about pick-up times initially. While these hiccups were resolved efficiently, I believe there's always room for improvement. That said, the actual shipping process was smooth and I would still recommend Hyperion for their professionalism and care in handling vehicles.

I just signed a contract with Alex
I just signed a contract with Alex, but interestingly, throughout the entire process, I was actually texting with an Ai… so far everything good, at least I have exact pickup time and driver number
