HyperCarship | Hyperion Auto LogisticsReviews of hyperionautologistics.com

I recently had the pleasure of working with Hyperion Auto Logistics for transporting my Chevy Malibu from Illinois to Tennessee, and the service I received was nothing short of exceptional. Alex, my point of contact, went above and beyond to ensure the process was seamless, transparent, and stress-free. From the get-go, Alex was attentive, providing clear and concise information about the transport process, timelines, and what I could expect every step of the way. The level of professionalism and personal attention to detail made me feel confident in my choice. The transport itself was executed flawlessly. My vehicle arrived in Tennessee in the same condition it left Illinois, and ahead of schedule. The drivers were courteous, and their expertise in handling my car was evident. They kept me updated throughout the journey, which I greatly appreciated. What stood out the most was Alex's commitment to providing top-notch customer service. He was always available to answer any questions and alleviate any concerns I had, making me feel valued and well taken care of. In conclusion, my experience with Hyperion Auto Logistics was outstanding. Their efficiency, reliability, and exceptional customer service have set a new standard for auto transport services in my book. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free and trustworthy auto transport service. Kudos to Alex and the entire team for their exemplary service!

My vehicle services were met above and beyond expectations I’ll definitely use them again for my future transportation needs

Good company

Wow is all I can say! I originally entrusted someone else with my transport and no one ever showed up. Almost midnight on the day of the missed transport, I initiated another quote and HyperCarship responded. The process was straightforward and super easy. They were also VERY transparent and responsive as I was having trust issues due to the failed transport from the previous company. My car was picked up on Tuesday afternoon, I was able to speak with the driver and Wednesday evening, my car was home with no issues.

Thanks for your help! I just received my car

another company bailed last minute, but Alex swooped in to pick up my Jeep from Atlanta with zero fuss. Super responsive and reliable, especially in a pinch.
