Thank you for your honest feedback. We are glad you like the bike design, but we sincerely apologize that the kickstand broke on the very first day. This is certainly not the durability standard we aim for at HYPER GOGO. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can help arrange a proper replacement for your grandson. We appreciate your input as it helps us improve our components.

We apologize for the inconvenience with the valve stem. We completely understand how frustrating it is when inflating the tires becomes difficult. Many of our riders find that a simple valve extender easily solves this clearance issue. Please contact us at [email protected], and the HYPER GOGO support team will be happy to assist you with a solution so you can get the tires aired up and get back to riding smoothly.
