Tracking is important
No clue when it was going to be delivered or even if it was being processed. No dialogue or tracking number sent. Friends Birthday date came and went. Package arrived today.

I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive the item or receive communications from their team about my order. This whole process has been extremely frustrating.

hi madison, please cooperate to resolve cases like this. We cannot always control all shipments, because it is already the responsibility of the shipping expedition. so, if we communicate via email and discuss calmly later we will find a bright spot. If the item is lost in transit, we will replace it with a new one. but it also takes a process. We will solve your case ASAP. thanks

The printing isn’t in the center of the shirt and the fabric feels off. I can’t remember if I can return this or not

when there is a defect in your item, you can file a complaint with us via email by sending a photo of the defective product. and we will replace it for free.
