Less than i star. I ordered a heated hoodie and it arrived after almost 2 months. The hoodie would not heat after trying to charge for24 hours. I notified Hypecloth and they told me to send pictures of it not working. I sent several pictures showing that i was turning on the button, but of course you can not show that something is not getting warm in a picture. Woud not let me return or exchange Terrible company be careful.

On the next day, i had to close my card coz someone used it without my authorization says apostille. Not sure if it's a coincidence, you're the only one whom i bought to. Someone in your company is scamming the cards, once you catch him let us know.
