Dr. Damania's HYGURU Step 1 pass fail course raised my NBME score by 10 points within weeks. This was the most valuable part of my preparation and I have used all of the major resources over the years. In my opinion, his teaching style as an intensivist took away the need for resources like Anki because the spaced repetition of the highest yield content keeps the most important concepts fresh throughout the entirety of the course. Dr. Damania also gave me personal advice and helped me with my schedule structure because my situation with dedicated was unique. If I were to approach the USMLE again, I would use HYGURU as my main content source and do correlated Uworld questions. I received a passing score largely due to the help of HyGURU pass fail and the help of Dr. Damania. I can't recommend it enough.

Dr Rahul is always point on, no bullshiting like some other resorces, keeps us on track during his dedicated live webinar/zoom meets.
