I had ordered my Hydrohbottle some time back and had no problems with the shipping of the Bottle but recently my Bottle started acting up so I contacted customer service and explained what I was experiencing and customer service took care of me in short order. I’m 90 years old and have been using Hydrohbottle products for several months now. The benefits of hydrogenated water were great. Within two weeks my range of motion in my neck was noticeable and the pain was significantly reduced. I sleep better and have more energy. Recently I had a problem with one of my bottles charging, now l’m worried about their customer service. Absolutely not necessary, I contacted them and they immediately responded and told me what to do to attempt to fix it. When it didn’t work they didn’t hesitate to replace the malfunctioning bottle. I not only recommend the benefits of hydrogenated water; but l more highly recommend Hydrobottle. Phil B.

Loved using the water bottles and were feeling the health benefits. One of our bottles became damaged and I contacted the company for advise. We have just received replacements after sending photos to show the problem. Amazingly great service, many thanks again
