The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The 30 day money back guarantee is a joke they will not honor it. I had an issue with my bottle that I purchased and when contacted they refused to refund me as I requested. They will charge you shipping to return the item that will cost more than the item itself. Their solution was to send another bottle which I did not want and refused to refund my order. Now I have 2 junk bottles that legit make your filtered or spring water taste like chemicals. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!

I brought 2 bottles, one worked for 3 monthes then it died. The other one never worked. My advise KEEP looking for other hydro bottle companies with good reviews.

This company is a scam. There is no refund available, no phone number to call. Just email that takes days and the agents ignore all your questions regarding refunds. DO NOT BUY. I'm filing complaint w credit card.

This company is a scam. We received two bottles early May and never opened then, sent back and still haven't received a refund. Keep getting a tracking number the tells me what I already know and that is the product was delivered to my house. It's not the question I am asking, did you get the order back with the order # and still nothing. I think they have AI bots that talk to you and say the same thing. Still waiting for our refund. Will contact better business bureau

It did take a few weeks for my two Hydroh water bottles to arrive But I have been nothing but happy with them. I have not found mine to put any chlorine in the water So I’m not sure what everyone else is complaining about unless it’s just a competitor trying to drag down the reviews.

I have no intention, or will never have any intention of buying a product that essentially creates water out of water. However, knowing that it exists, and that people have actually invested money into such a useless product has made my day, and is likely to give May a violent shove up to best month of the year so far. Keep on creating useless things for consumers to laugh at.

I bought 2 of these. 1 came broken and when I contacted them about it, they sent me a cheap ass version. Not the one I paid for, but a cheap ass version that doesn't even work. It makes bubbles like fish tank.
