The Hydroh bottle has really been a beacon of my daily routine...but more than that the customer service is A1...

City water is gross so I’ve been distilling my water since 2015. The last couple of years I had slacked off in drinking water because I was never thirsty. I could not believe the difference in the water after using your Hydroh bottle. Now I’m drinking water because it is a joy and a privilege to have good water. It tastes like the spring water I drank when I lived in the country. Thank you for a great product and the service is over the top.

I dropped my hydros bottle I reached out they replaced it free of charge this bottle has helped my kidney function more than any kidney doctor

Hydroh water bottles are easy to use and can support retaining hydration way more than a standard glass of water. The customer service team are exceptional and i recently had an issue with charhing the bottle. They replaced immediately. Great service all round

When I first got the bottle I wasn't sure of a few things. I sent an email & got a reply like the next day. Very helpful people. Later, I was noticing less bubbles, & having to charge it more often. I do use 3 X a day. Again, I sent an email & the people there were very helpful. I did send a short video of the problem. They are sending me a replacement. Nick & Amelia were both very helpful

The bottles came pretty quickly. Had an issue with one and it was rectified almost immediately.
