It was a good experience buying the Hydrofic. The only issue was a leak, which I fixed. The customer service was good, as they provided a 50% refund for this issue immediately.

Delivery took w long time than usual. Products are coming from China and they delivered the wrong item but in return they give me full free accessories to compensate.
