It’s a scam basing on my experience. Ordered Aug 14, Order # 22667H. Never received the order. I was given a run around on several email support follow up. Saying no tracking number because they used a carrier that ships with no tax so never had any tracking information. After more than 30days, I was given a print screen that it has been delivered but the address it has been delivered to was completely different from the address I used for my order. No response on either a replacement or refund query.

Dear Customer Service! I am sorry to note that the goods ordered from you were returned by the courier service. According to them, I did not receive a notification because you gave them a wrong email address. What I don't understand is that if I receive feedback about the purchase, why can't I enter that email address? I would like to receive the goods, I would like to resolve the situation because this is very unprofessional customer service. For help, my correct email address is gasparzsoltferenc74@gmail. com Thanks Gáspár Zsolt Order number:22177H
