They sent me the wrong battery for my equipment. I returned it but they won't refund my money for the price. Not to mention I paid shipping both ways. Do not order from these people. They just take your money.

Very poor customer service. ☹ Takes a very long time for them to respond. See other reviews where they placed the blame on us customers. 🤨 From their reply they tell me they're getting tons of messages from customers. Yep I believe that because they are so shady!

Don’t buy from this company! They don’t stand behind their promises.This is a Terrible unreliable company who sell products that don’t work & has horrible customer service. We purchased an item from here which cost $600 & it only lasted a little over a month. When I called the hydra fitness exchange about the product that didn’t work he made promises to call me back to resolve issue but he didn’t call back so when I called back he claimed i hadn’t called them to inform them of the issue & he could not help me in any way. A very poor run company with no customer service.?Don’t buy from them!
