Don’t buy from these people. Sent defective motor and then sent wrong parts which delayed things till after return window was closed. Said they didn’t have a motor to replace it but sells same new motor on eBay Update: These jokers think the belt was worn out without examining it. I had two technicians tell me the belt was fine, the deck was fine, and both said the motor was defective. I have maintained my treadmill every six months and have logs to verify it. They sent me an old defective motor, not new per the technicians. Don’t purchase from these clowns.

This company makes profits by sending replacement parts that don't work. Then, when you return the item, they charge a ridiculous restocking fee. Why are you restocking it if it doesn't work? Absolute scam. DO NOT buy anything from this website

Just like others note, you'll play email games with their support to no avail. Stupidly, I still ordered what looked to be the part I needed (roller bearings for a treadmill main rollers) based on their online parts diagram and part description. What I received were useless, unidentifiable copper washers. Ha. Just try to return parts to them. Better pay extra to have your package tracked since you'll play email games again and never get your money back. Lesson learned. Beware of online retailers with no ratings listed on their website--there's only one reason.

I recommend paying attention to the negative reviews about this company. If you still decide to order from them, consider reaching out to their customer service first and asking a few questions. This will give you a sense of the issues others have reported. In my experience, their customer service is slow to respond and either misleading or not knowledgeable enough to handle technical inquiries. For example, I needed a replacement bearing for my NordicTrack bike and spent a week emailing them without getting anywhere. Ultimately, I gave up and ordered the part from another vendor, saving both time and money. If I had ordered from them, I would have paid double what I ended up spending elsewhere.

Received the wrong part. Let customer service know and they sent another part. The exact same wrong part. Let them know and they sent a different wrong part. At this point I was ready to give up and said I'd just return all the parts and get a refund. They became rude and blamed me. Through many emails back and forth, I sent detailed explanations, photos of the parts, links to and screenshots of what I ordered from their site. They only asked for more photos of the same photos I already sent. They were being purposely obtuse as they obviously didn't want to admit they screwed up repeatedly. I gave up and sent everything back for a refund. Haven't received it yet. Do not deal with these people. They are not competent or honest.

Our Physical Therapy Clinic ordered a replacement part for a piece of equipment. After three weeks of waiting for the item, it was cancelled on behalf of the company with no explanation. The cost of the part was refunded $14.78, however they refused to refund the shipping charge of $19.49. In emailing the company for a request for shipping refunded, they said once the item ships it's not refunded said they also charge restocking fees when the item is returned. Buyer beware there are no guarantees you will get your part delivered and still be out money for shipping.

Do yourself a favour and do not waste your time ordering from these folks. I live in Canada and needed to replace the belt for my stationary bike. Upon recieving the wrong part and notifying the company, I was told numerous times (with an abundance of emojis, no less) that I had messed up. You see, two belts exist for my bike. Their website says as much and is very specific about what belt you're ordering. I ordered the correct part, I checked my work many times. Instead of an apology for the mistake, I was asked close to 8 times for the bike's model number, all in the same chat, with the same representative. This was not some disappearing chat. I pointed this out after having given the requested information twice already, and was met with someone seemingly unwell practically begging for me to give them the information. This was exceptionally frustrating. Fast forward to now. It's been 2.5 months since I ordered the first belt. I have since been given a partial refund and no refund for mailing back the incorrect belt. I was sent another wrong belt and two other belts were supposedly "lost in the mail". I have since been told that I was refunded and should simply order the part again. If the company themselves are incapable of sending me the correct part and providing any form of resonable or competent costumer service, why would I waste my time and money further. I am in awe. If you have the choice, go literally anywhere else and save yourself the trouble. What a waste.
