Disappointing. Found this company through The Ideal Home Show and ordered a £1200 sideboard, at the time of ordering I was informed I could ring up and place an order for 2 lamps I also liked at £150 a piece. The sideboard came with a tiny piece of damage, which they knocked £80 off for, which was okay, but the real disappointment is upon trying to order the lamps they then added an additional charge for VAT (making the lamps £180 a piece) - this VAT charge wasn’t present during the Home Show, so the show rate wasn’t honoured as promised. Then on top of that, the delivery charge for 2 lamps (table lamps, not floor lamps!) is £120 (£100 plus VAT). I’m sorry, but I feel very disappointed as if they’d been transparent as a company I would have ordered everything at once. I’m left very disappointed as I had planned my space with the lamps in mind. But I’m not sure how you can justify an agreed price of £300/360 (would have been willing to accept a delivery charge of up to £60 as I have had sofas delivered for this) but £480 for two lamps has me feel I was duped, or maybe I’m being penalised for spotting the damage on the sideboard. It’s a shame as I love their pieces and I posted them earlier and had so many people asking where they’re from, but I wouldn’t buy from them again so won’t recommend. As a yearly Ideal Home Show family we wouldn’t shop with them again, and if I wouldn’t buy from the company again, then 1 star is appropriate.

An expensive disappointment. This couch destroyed part of our 100 year old floor, and hydeline refused to fix the couch. The main support springs failed two times. They sent someone out, but the strings broke again. Our sofa is less than three years old and has a 11 inch divot where bare wood is exposed.

Purchased a $2000 loveseat on 2/23. Today is 3/28 and it still hasn't been shipped or refunded. I contacted CS after a week and they said they would get back to me and never did. Reached out again a couple days later and was told it would ship at end of the 2nd week, it did not. Contacted them again after 3 weeks and couldn't get a straight answer. After 3 weeks, opened a case. This company did not respond in any way. Tried Contacting them again this week, they do not respond.

Everything as promised. Very good quality furniture. Delivery was a little sub-par but all in all a very positive experience.

I really appreciate this quality of my set! I love the recliner sofa the best because I relax and just chill and it's beautiful and comfortable.

I have a Hydeline sofa. Very comfortable but have a problem with the leather arm being sticky. Nothing fixes it. The company says leather only guaranteed 12 months, I've had it 18 months. I complained and they finally agreed to send leather specialist. He said he's only seen this problem once and he can't fix it that it will stay fixed. He recommended they replace the part. I waited a month and had to call. They said I'd have to pay over $200 for the arm and pay someone to replace it. I said that was unacceptable and she said she'd talk to management and call me by Monday. It's been 5 days. Supposed to be high quality leather and high end furniture. I've wasted over $2,000. Company ignoring me. I will never buy or recommend Hydeline again. I will post my review on this company in every possible site online.

I bought a reclining leather sofa and loveseat and there were cosmetic issues from the beginning-uneven sewing and bad puckering They did agree to replace two sections due to poor craftsmanship. I received only one of the two and it took 10 months and many emails/phone calls to receive the second. Part that was replaced last year has already gone flat in the head cushion and they don’t restart the warranty on a replacement part so I’m stuck with flat head cushions. Do not get their reclining sofa if that backs are not against a wall as the backs do not lay flat and will have badly bunched up leather. Yes they do warn you on the website that their will be stretching and puddling on the seat cushions but it is excessive and more than the furniture repairman said was normal and looks really bad after only a few months. I’m very embarrassed for people to see this couch and loveseat I spent thousands on.

I bought a Belfast couch and love seat and the color did not look close to the swatch or pictures on their website. They offered me a $200 credit but never followed thru with the credit to date. Quality seems OK so far but I’m second guessing their integrity by never issuing the credit they promised!
