Great customer service. They special ordered the notebooks that I love. They even wrote a little thank you note. I feel like a valued customer and in today’s world, that’s a treat!!

I've never "met" people who love stationary as much as the folks who own HWE Stationery. Their passion comes through in their story behind their business (on website), and in how much care they take when shipping items/treasures to me.

So far above and beyond what I expected! The notebook and inks have been a dream, but it’s the attention to detail and outstanding customer service that really blew me away. I won’t be shopping for my stationery at any other place. Thank you!

The shipping was super fast, and the packaging was so lovely! I have ordered pens and journals from various shops, but I was surprised by the consideration HWE Stationery wrapped the products. It was also sweet that they hand wrote a little note. The attention to little details made a big difference.
